Taiko Drummers Video

This video is of the SGI-Houston taiko drummers. This is a special learning session with Daigoro Aska that occurred early this year in preparation for our Zone Mini-Festival. Please take note that the three players in front are playing the odaiko part, while the players in the back are playing shime. These two parts cater to both the advanced and the beginners. More music will come soon and be uploaded to this site in order to show you the clear distinction between the two parts. Also, more practice video will be taken to show you correct form and style.
